If you do not have access to gas it is important that you schedule this within 6 months of your air conditioner being installed. You can either purchase a whole unit with gas or get it refilled when the gas runs out. Before you call, please ensure that it is not just a simple repair job and that your aircon needs gas. To check if your air conditioner needs gas, you need to make sure the power cord is plugged in and turn on your air con remote. Press the mode button until cool or fan only lights up, then press the timer/light button until E2 appears on the screen. This shows that it has been installed with an external gas device and needs refilling after 6 months.
